Simple Formal Dress Pattern

~ Use this formal dress pattern with mid-weight woven fabrics. I used cotton for an easy-care special occasion garment!

Yardage requirements:

For main fabric (42-44"/106 cm width):
~ 4 yards (3.7 meters)

In addition to yardage, you will an invisible zipper for the center back closure.

~ This pattern includes women's sizing 0-22 with chest size range of 31"-46 1/2".

~ A serger or overlock machine is always nice to have; however, it is not a requirement for this pattern. If you'd like, you can zig-zag the edges on a sewing machine to prevent fraying.

~ Depending on the fabric you choose, this formal dress pattern can be for special occasions, or dressed down for more casual events!
